They’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation of their software at food factories, ensure smooth onboarding for new users, and build long-term relationships with their clients.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with both their internal teams and factory teams. You’ll need to understand complex manufacturing processes, translate them into software workflows, and ensure every implementation delivers real value from day one.
